1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein:

• "fada888" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform accessible at fada888.club, including all games, services, applications, tools, and features available thereon, operated under the fada888 brand.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the legal entity owning and operating the fada888 platform and all associated services.
• "You," "Player," "User" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses fada888 in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on fada888, including the associated wallet, transaction history, and preference settings.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) denominated funds held in a Player's fada888 account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place using eligible Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer title, sports betting market, bingo room, racing product, or other wagering product available on fada888.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government agency responsible for gaming regulation in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering regulations and platform compliance requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fada888.club, creating an Account, or placing any wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform (collectively, "the Agreement"). These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding Agreement between you and fada888.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English, which shall be the authoritative language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of fada888 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that at all times while using the Platform:

1. Age: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age for online casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR is 21 years. fada888 strictly enforces this requirement. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in criminal referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
2. Residency: You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where accessing and using fada888 is lawful and not prohibited by any applicable statute, regulation, or court order.
3. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. You are not subject to any guardianship, conservatorship, or other legal incapacity.
4. Single Account: You do not currently hold, and will not attempt to create, more than one (1) registered Account on fada888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
5. Own Funds: You are wagering using your own personal funds. Wagering using funds obtained through illegal means, on behalf of a third party, or through any credit facility not authorized by fada888 is strictly prohibited.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion agreement with fada888 or any other gaming platform covered by your applicable jurisdiction's gaming regulations.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money Games on fada888, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document
• Your valid Philippine mobile number (+63 format), which will serve as a primary contact and verification channel
• A valid email address
• A secure password meeting fada888's minimum complexity requirements
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older

4.1 KYC Verification

fada888 is required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide, upon request and within the specified timeframe, valid copies of identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. fada888 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. You must notify fada888 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting support. fada888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fada888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your fada888 Account, which fada888 strongly recommends for all Players
• Immediately notify fada888 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Never access your fada888 Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices
• Log out of your Account at the conclusion of each gaming session

fada888 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to your notification of unauthorized access shall be your responsibility.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

fada888 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, UnionBank InstaPay, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20 networks). All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account and may be updated from time to time. fada888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. fada888 aims to process verified GCash withdrawal requests within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fada888 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. By using fada888, you consent to such reporting obligations being fulfilled without further notice to you where legally required.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

fada888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published with the relevant promotion.

• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotional offer once, unless the offer expressly states otherwise. One offer per registered Account, per verified identity, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic expiration of Bonus Funds without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rate for each game category is published on the relevant promotion's terms page.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, maximum bet restrictions may apply. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Abuse: fada888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns or strategies to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing any wager on fada888, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fada888 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during live game play, fada888 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve outcomes in accordance with the relevant game rules. Where reconstruction is not possible, fada888 may void the affected round and return all wagers to Players' Accounts.
• For sports betting and racing markets, fada888 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its sports betting rules where extraordinary circumstances affect the integrity of an event, including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, force majeure events, or confirmed match integrity concerns.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be varied by fada888 at any time without advance notice.
• fada888's determination of game outcomes, based on its certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer procedures, shall be final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fada888 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to participate in Games or gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any Game to generate winnings not arising from fair game play
• Colluding with other Players, live dealers, or fada888 personnel to manipulate game outcomes
• Using fada888 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing fada888 from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of fada888's platform or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fada888 support personnel or other Players

10. Intellectual Property

All content on fada888, including but not limited to the fada888 brand name, logos, trademarks, visual design, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of fada888 or its licensed providers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use fada888 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from fada888 without our express prior written authorization.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

fada888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

By registering an Account and using fada888, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory reporting. You may exercise your rights as a data subject under RA 10173 by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

12. Responsible Gaming

fada888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable individuals, including minors and persons with gambling-related disorders. By using fada888, you acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that past game outcomes do not influence future results.

12.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

fada888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your fada888 Account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 72 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month after which your account will automatically prevent further wagering until the applicable period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from fada888 for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fada888 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or interruptions in telecommunications infrastructure
• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized
• Errors in game outcomes where such errors do not arise from fada888's own gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access to your Account where such events arise from your failure to maintain Account security
• Decisions made by fada888 in good faith compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including account restrictions, fund holds, or reporting obligations

fada888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you to your fada888 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the relevant claim.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

fada888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, where fada888 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with your Account
• Your Account activity is inconsistent with legitimate personal gaming and may indicate money laundering or other financial crime
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity information
• Compliance with applicable law or a regulatory directive requires such action
• You have been identified as an underage player (under 21 years of age)

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting fada888 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after final compliance checks.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of fada888, you agree to first attempt resolution through fada888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. fada888 aims to respond to and resolve all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.

16. Amendments to This Agreement

fada888 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Such changes may be required to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business operations.

When material amendments are made, fada888 will provide reasonable notice to Players via:

• A prominent notice on the fada888 Platform homepage and login page
• SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number
• Email notification to your registered email address where available

Your continued use of fada888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using fada888 and, if registered, request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.
